Many people dream of the day when they will finally be able to own their own home. In most cases, these people will resort to real estate companies and brokers to take care of finding a suitable property and handle all the paperwork. In other words, a real estate agent constitutes the middle man between the buyer and the seller, but this is not always the case. Sometimes, the owner can take it upon themselves to sell their own property, in what is appropriately called 'for sale by owner'.
